We are on the third floor of a luxury apartment complex in Simsbury. You will have the master bedroom with a private bathroom all to yourself. Or if you prefer lower rent, then you can have the secondary bedroom with a shared bathroom for $800. We have a cleaning lady who will clean your bathroom once a month and you can keep it clean the rest of the time. Your rent will include the monthly bathroom cleaning, Wifi and utilities. Month to month rental basis is ok as long as you let us know 30 days in advance. We request that you meet up with your friends outside the apartment because we enjoy our privacy. We have a beautiful and comfortable community room at the entrance to the complex where you and your friends can meet to socialize. There will be a background check and credit check by the apartment management so if you have a previous tenant default, you will not be qualified by them.

I work in a dental office and my husband works from home as an engineer. Work has been slow for my husband so getting a roommate to share the apartment is the next best thing. Our daughter comes home to visit once in a while from college. We have two little dogs that rarely bark. If you love dogs, we’ll get along just fine!!
