Hi everyone I’m a Georgia State Student trying to transfer lease over to someone else. I live in the City near Georgia State and I’m also really close to Georgia Tech as Well. This is actually one of the cheaper apartments in the City. I pay 819 dollars for rent and The apartment is brand new it was built last year. The Room come’s with it’s own personal bathroom and a great sized walk-in closet. My lease ends on July 31st. If you would like to stay longer you have the option to sign another lease. Im in the process of moving out now but you can have a tour of this beautiful property at anytime. The Property: Pool Gym Study Rooms Game Room A bunch of random free things like donuts to alcohol.

Also I do have roommates but we’re never really here at the same time and I’m the one who cooks the most. So no one will really be cooking in the kitchen that much. There are three of them they all have there OWN rooms and bathrooms.
