Hello there! We are looking for a roommate for one of our bedrooms in a beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath, 3 level townhouse in Burbank, available for move-in immediately.

We have 1 bedroom with a private full bathroom available. The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, and there are no other bedrooms on that floor, so you would have maximum privacy. The room is unfurnished, features a large window, closet and a large ceiling fan. We’ve included images of the rooms unfurnished and furnished so you can see how the current roommate has set up the spaces.

The townhouse community is gated, and though we are one block from the Burbank airport, it’s very quiet here, and we get no noise from aircraft.

The townhouse features central air and heat, washer and dryer, and storage space in the garage area. Garage parking is available. We also have a pretty side yard on the first level, and a balcony with a 2-burner gas grill on the second floor. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances. We also have a small den/office area we set up adjacent to the dining room. Living, dining, and kitchen areas all feature hardwood laminate floors.

We also have a treadmill, stair stepper, weight set (from 5 pound up to 52.5 pound dumbbells) and weight bench for use. This is especially great during the current situation, because you can get intense workouts at home. You never have to go to a fitness center or gym again!

Rent is $1190/month (1st month rent $1190 + Security deposit $1,190 required for move in). We will prorate first month’s rent if you move in on a day other than the first of the month.

All utilities (electricity, trash, water, gas), and WiFi-internet are split evenly and come to $100 per month per person. Room is cable ready.

At some point we hope to resume maid service one day per month which would be $30 per person.

While we love animals, the owner will not allow any more pets.

You would be sharing the space with 2 quiet, responsible, and tidy female roommates (a 30 year old and a 53 year old), and 3 senior cats who are very affectionate. Since we are both very clean and neat, we are looking for a like-minded person who won’t leave stuff lying all over the common areas.
