All utilities, cable (with Filipino Chanel), internet are included. NO drugs, NO smoking, NO pets, NO overnight guests. Female only. Must be over 21 years old. A thorough background check will be performed. Must have clean criminal background. NO EXCEPTIONS. Lease is minimum of 6 months or longer. Deposit of $500.00 plus one month rent upon move in.
