Faith's room

The room is one of three bedrooms in our townhouse. We live in a gated community right off of exit 14 on 400 so its easy access to everything. Move in anytime between April 15 and May 1st! Lease is up July 25.

We are two college students looking for another roommate to take the spare room in our townhouse. We are both very quiet, studious and clean so we require someone who is the same. We are looking for someone who is 20 to 25 years in age who is either a student or working full time. We need someone who is respectful and is willing to help with chores, etc. We have one cat who is very sweet but unfortunately we cannot have any more animals in the house.
