Brand new 2 story house located in Rice Hope. You’ll be renting an unfurnished 2nd floor ensuite with walk in closet and exclusive access to the 2nd story porch.

Rice Hope is just off Hwy 21 near I-95 so it’s convenient to the Savannah and Hilton head areas. Rice Hope has great amenities to include a club house with fitness facility, multiple swimming pools, lazy river and 2 water slides. There’s also a great community green area just a block away with a dog park and play equipment for children.

I’m a 38 year old professional. I’m very neat, friendly, drug free, laid back person with absolutely no drama at all. It’s important to me that you are similar in those respects. My one bad habit is I do smoke cigars but it’s always outside.

I’m definitely not a stick in the mud type of person. If you want to have friends/family over for drinks/dinner/game night… please do it. If you have friends/family visiting from out of town or a buddy has too much to drink at game night, please use the spare room. I only ask you clean up after yourself and respect me/the house the same way I’ll respect you.

I travel for work and my work schedule can vary quite a bit. There are times where I’ll be gone working for nearly the entire month, other times I’ll be home and not working for weeks at a time.

I do not have any pets but am not opposed to sharing my house with someone who does.
