SHARED BED/BATH IN 2B/2B APT IN ANAHEIM HILLS

Hello, we’re looking for a MALE roommate to SHARE bed/bath with our current roommate (male). Rent is $606.25 + utilities and will be available Dec 1st!

Our apt is 1,000 sq ft and is furnished, so all you would need to bring is your bed and personal belongings. Our unit does not have washer/dryer in unit but there are a couple of laundry facilities in the community. We have central AC and heating. Our apt comes with 4 parking passes, so you will receive 1 parking pass.

Our community is gated and offers amenities like a gym, business center, pool/spa, bbq grills and tennis courts. Our apt is right in the middle of all amenities. The community also has frequent taco nights, resident events and brings food trucks on site. We are located in a convenient area with many stores and restaurants nearby.

Our ideal roommate:

• Male 21-25 years old (fully vaccinated)
• Clean, responsible, respectful and considerate
• Must pass background check and have steady income (proof required)
• Must clean up after themselves and be open to participating in cleaning duties (physically and financially)
• Must be okay with overnight guests

$150 deposit required before move in, application fee is $55 and renters insurance is $35 (one-time payment for the rest of the lease). Lease ends mid-May 2022, with possibility of renewal.

Who you will be living with:

• me.. I work from home in healthcare
• my boyfriend (we occupy the master bed/bath) and he works full-time
• our male roommate who also works full-time
• our 1yo dog that is very sweet and loves meeting new people. MUST BE PET FRIENDLY, but no more pets pls!
• We are all 24-25 years old and like to spend time together watching movies, anime and playing video games.
• We are all fully vaccinated and would prefer a roommate that is also fully vaccinated.
• We are 4/20 and alcohol friendly, but absolutely no parties!
• We like our place CLEAN AND QUIET.
