Venue Way

The Venue Big Creek is right next to the Halcyon (walking distance). It’s only 2 years old. The room has it’s own private bathroom with a linen closet and a walk in closet. It is not furnished but the rest of the apartment is. The community does a lot of fun things! It has a covered breezeway, which makes it appear like it more like indoor corridors. There is a gym, cycling room, yoga room, dog park, movie room and a pool. The management is great too! Utilities aren’t a lot here, so if you wanted to do a flat monthly fee that’s fine. It’s $710 per month, but internet makes it $40 more so that creates the $750. Or we could do utilities included for $800 even every month. If you want more pictures let me know! Hi! I’m 28 and I work in Johns Creek, but will be eventually working downtown 2021. I am almost never home because I work and travel a ton. I am incredibly clean, but I don’t mind doing the cleaning. I love to go to the gym, be outside, decorate the apt and cook.
