Bus service is also available from Charter Oaks to all of the Conejo Valley area. Property includes gym access, a rec room, pool, and hot tub. Hi my name is Lila, I have recently moved out and am looking for someone to replace my spot in our apartment since I am having my first baby in May. The apartment is occupied by 2 laid-back fun loving women who are both in their mid 20s :) Holly is employed through the local school district as elementary and middle school teacher. Morgan works in marketing for a Publishing company locally in Newbury Park. Since everyone leads pretty busy lives with work the apartment is usually left unoccupied during the day. So you will have the place all to yourself for the majority of the time during the day! :)
