Spacious apartment in an up and coming neighborhood in Brooklyn! Some of the best restaurants in BK are right on Franklin Ave. Walking distance (~10 min) to most train stations and the beautiful Prospect Park. Spacious room, balcony access, central heating, kitchen appliances, decently sized kitchen, laundry right downstairs, grocery store ~1 min away, musician friendly space.

Just me! Have lived here since graduating a few years ago. I’m a Software Engineer and do a lot of music on the side. I’m looking for a friendly roommate who is tidy. Back before COVID I would often host small groups of friends…hopefully we can do that again soon :)

I’m fine with people smoking from time to time, it just needs to be on the (spacious) balcony.
