Looking for someone to share my 3/2/2 courtyard villa located in The Villages, Mission Hills. Great location. Furnished room with queen size bed plus private bath located in hall. Senior community. Non smoker. Internet, TV streaming, and utilities provided. No TV in room but you could add one with ROKU and stream TV or I would be willing to purchase one for your use. Looking for someone that will appreciate this opportunity and help take great care of my home. Must be an animal lover.

I am at the home sometimes with the expectation of being at the home more often over the next year or so. My permanent residence is 5 doors away. Have a 80# very gentle dog, mixed breed (part golden retriever). Sorry, my pup is not cat friendly. At night, I turn the A/C low for comfortable sleeping (about 66-67 degrees).
