About the room
Looking for someone to take my place ASAP in a PRIVATE, UNFURNISHED room available in an apartment shared with 3 other housemates for $830 a month. It is leased until May 30th with its current tenants who are paying their share of the apartement until then. After May 30th, the tenants will be moving out. You could theoretically lease it for longer, but you would need to find new roomates if you want to continue paying the same amount for the room after May 30th.
Spacious, walk-in closet, shared bathroom, carpeted floors, access to washer and dryer, access to pool and jacuzzi, access to kitchen/fridge space, very fast wifi (+$20 a month).

3 housemates. They are all currently out of town until the end of the lease. Technically you would have the whole apartment to yourself at the price of one room until May 30th.
