Northeast Going Street

Is anyone presently looking for a room to rent in NE Portland? I rent a room out in my house on AirBnB that was going well until this virus. The way things are going now AirBnB is not going to be practical financially or even safety wise for a bit so I’m exploring the option of a roommate instead. I’m open to short term or long term. Here is a link to the AirBnB listing so you can get a feel for the house and if you message me I’ll tell you more about the space. No pets. No couples. $690/month includes all utilities and I provide all common area shared items such as TP, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Must have proof of income/proof you can afford the room such as a bank statement. Must pass a background check, costs $50, non refundable. Must sign a roommate agreement with house rules. First month’s rent plus a $690 security deposit due before you move in

Me and my boyfriend Rick live in the house. We are quiet and clean and looking for a roommate who is also. We have a private living room/bedroom in the house that we spend most of the time in when we are home. You may see us occasionally in the kitchen but for the most part we won’t be around much. In the process of building a tiny home which we plan to live in in the near future.
