East of Federal Hwy, walking distance to Ocean, dinning, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Super safe neighborhood! 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a garage for storage. Big fenced yard, with grills, patio and lighting. Not the biggest house, but the location is great.

I work full time and so should you (or school). My office is a mile from the property, so I frequently come home for lunch throughout the week. I’m a young working professional and so would the ideal roomie. I have a 3-year-old son that I share custody with every weekend. Just looking for a drama-free situation with a cool, normal person!
