Quiet home in Palm Springs area. Comfy master room with queen size bed, Wi-Fi, TV w/ Netflix. Central AC. All utilities included Full use of home including kitchen, home gym, & washer/dryer. One minute walk to grocery store, Mexican restaurant, Carl’s Jr, & more. Central to Coachella, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, Cabazon Outlets, and more.

It’s a five bedroom home. I live here and the other four rooms were on Airbnb. With everything going on, I am now needing to switch to long term rental. I’ve already rented out two of the rooms, looking to rent out two more. Everyone stays mostly in their room and to themselves. Definitely not a hang out or party atmosphere. 420 friendly but no smoking allowed in the house.
