Hi there! I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment. It is 2 miles from the beach, right outside of Carlsbad Village, walking distance from The Shoppes at Carlsbad and grocery stores. It has a mirrored closet and its own private bathroom. I have furnished the entire apartment but your room and bathroom would be empty. You would get a pass to park inside the gated complex. Spots are not assigned but it is easy to get a close spot. The complex also has multiple pools/spas, BBQ areas, and a fitness center. There is laundry facilities on site.

I do have 2 cats so you must be ok with that and responsible to not let them get out. I work business hours and occasional Saturdays at a bank. I occasionally have guests but I am a very respectful roommate and like to keep things very clean and organized.
