About the room
Big house on the mountain and away from the bustle. You can have your choice of either (4) bedrooms:
Each room has its own separate bath/shower. Rooms are good in size and afford great scenic views of the South Mountain. You make the choice which room is to your liking.
Number one bedroom is on the 1st floor, and you’d pretty much have downstairs of the house to yourself.
I can provide a bed and some other furnishings if you need them.
You are free to use the pool and lounge or play around outside as you please. And you have the garage for your car and clicker entry.
There is WIFI that streams broadcast channels/Netflix ex.
There is room to negotiate on the security deposit! I am looking for just one tenant at this time (not a hostel situation!!!)
- Disclosure- house doesn’t come with some items you see in the pics (e.g pool table).
About the roomies
I am middle aged, and my Golden Retriever is 1.5 years old. My kids just moving out of the house.
