Renting the in-law suite of our four bedroom room, located in the Santana Ranch neighborhood of Hollister. This room has its very own entryway and a private full bathroom. We are seeking a tenant who is respectful and easy to get along with.

The tenant will have access to the common areas (Kitchen, living room, backyard, laundry) and internet (utilities included).

We are a friendly/professional couple with one friendly dog. We work opposite schedules, so someone is generally home. We get along well with others and open to sharing the common areas of the home.
