My current roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for the available bedroom in our apartment. We are located in a small, secure building in Culver City, close to Palms/Mar Vista, very close to the 405 and the 10. Roommate would share a bathroom with 1 other person, as well as share a parking space (neighborhood parking is not bad either). Some furniture may be available to purchase if you want. Rest of the apartment is furnished so you don’t have to worry about that!

My roommate and I are both in our late twenties early thirties and work full. We like to keep our place tidy. We are outgoing, kind, fun people who are looking for a good roommate to share our home with :)
