Kara's room

This house is a three bedroom and three bathroom. You will have our own private bathroom and room on the first floor. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors, high ceiling, washer and dryer and new kitchen appliances. The house is located off of Zuni and is less than 2 miles from downtown and a mile from highlands popular bars and restaurants! I will be selling my new bed and two dresser for an additional price!

The roommates are two girls 25 and 29 who work full time. They both recently graduated with their masters and have been living in Denver for 3 years. Both are quite, clean and respectful roommates. They both respect everyone’s space, food and areas in the house. Very trustworthy and kind women who are looking to have a fun loving roommate move in.
