Maple Street

The house is brand new. There is a $40 application fee. I currently live here with my dog Brodie and he is a huge baby and super mellow. It’s a 1700 square foot house with tons of storage and a basement. The living area is furnished so really all you need to bring is bedroom furniture but if you have furniture we can talk about some rearrangements. It’s about a mile from downtown and a half mile from city park. Rent is currently 1000 with no security deposit until August when the lease renews. By then the fence and yard will be complete and the one months rent will be due for a security deposit. Lease that starts in August will be a 12 month lease. All utilities are included. Also the landlords are awesome and super nice.

I am a 22 year old guy that just graduated from college. I work for a pet care company and I absolutely love my job. I’m into all kinds of music, outdoor activities, and social events. I am a morning person on the weekdays but love to do stuff on the weekends. I am pretty clean, I usually cook at home, and I love watching movies and just hanging out.
