I have a room for rent for $600/month. PGE/cable/internet/water/garbage/sewage pitch in is $100.

$700/month total.

All accomodies and access including laundry, kitchen, condiments, living room, etc.

First and last to move in. $1400 total.

Can split last months if needed. 30 days notice will be expected. Nothing due upon notice. This is month to month, with long term possible with right person. No pets. Dependable person only.

Central for commute to East Bay, Stockton, Modesto. Right off of I-5 and Louise, around the corner from McDonalds/Carls Junior/Jack in the Box. Just a couple blocks from Savemart, Target, Inshape Gym or restaurants.

Very relaxed home. You can pay a little less with 3 or 4 roomates. This is just me, my wife and 1 cat. Must be willing to help a little with basic housekeeping and yard work, etc. My wife bleaches bathroom, kitchen and vacuums weekly, along with cleaning all week.

Please read following very carefully. On first reply, please tell me a little about your self, work and schedule, etc. Only Middle Aged Professional or Worker 30’s/40’s/50’s preferred. Understood? Partially furnished, if needed. Bed , Desk, TV and Dresser if needed. If not, it will go to garage. A LITTLE space in garage. We can restack as necessary for a few things (bike or stuff), etc. No Country or Rap. (no offense) Blues/Jazz/Rock only. Nice place for the right person. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and casual.

A non tobacco smoking/chewing home. A little wine, beer, cocktails are ok. 420 outside only ok. Occasional meals included. (bbq nut and very good cook)
