A gay and a gal looking for a roommate.

Hi everyone! Looking for someone to move in ideally April 1st into our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2000+sq brick home located in mid-wilshire. You would have your own room. We have TWO living rooms, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, a huge kitchen, fire pit, BBQ, washer and dryer, parking as well as tons of street parking.

Walking distance to target, sprouts, tons of restaurants, and my fav bar in la- little bar. Purple line being built walking distance as well.

The gal: 35, female, actor/writer/comedian working in TV + digital production. From San Francisco. Very quiet and keeps to self except for the occasional (we’re talking bi-annual) party. But will we even be able to have those anymore? Stay tuned.

The gay: 29, Male, Operations manager of a fitness tech company, work a ton, when not working I’m either at the gym, running/reading on the beach, hanging with friends ( when we can again ) love a good brunch, exploring new restaurants and craft cocktails/beer. Pretty quiet, have my once a month itch to go out. Will have friends over occasionally but never bring the party home.
