Hi all! We’re looking for the perfect third roommate for our apartment on a 12-month lease! We live in a spacious/modern 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Berrington Village Apartments. Rent is only $493 a month, plus utilities (electric, Internet, maintenance fee). One more cat welcome!

Berrington Village is located in East Asheville, only 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 7 minutes from Tunnel Road and 10 minutes from downtown :) This gated community has a pool, fitness center, cyber cafe, movie theater, car washing area, and more.

We are two responsible, clean, friendly women (25 and 30) plus one adorable, well-behaved lovable cat! We’re looking for a woman in their 20s or 30s who is responsible, clean and down for Netflix marathons - last part not required ;) The right candidate can move in as early as April 21, though exact move-in date can be flexible!
