Andy's room

Is a big, nice and clean house in the heart of North Miami, close to Barry, FIU north campus and Wales. The rooms are big and comes furnished, but if you need the room empty, not a problem. The house has a huge backyard with a private dock by the water. We have canoe and pedal boat available to use. There are a one time fee $100 to sanitize the room and run background check. I m an easy going person. I m professional, creative and very active. I do not live in the house but I m 10 minutes from the property. Currently there are only one person who is a male, 29y.o, personal trainer, he is super polite, funny and very good roommate.
