am looking for a female roommate, ages 20 - 30 to take over my portion of a 2 bed/2 bath apartment lease, through to September 2020, in Inglewood / El Segundo area. I would be looking for an immediate transfer of the lease between now and May. The property is 3 years old located just south of LAX airport; Bell South Bay has all the amenities that you could need. Surprisingly there is no sound from the airport at all! Spacious room, with private bathroom. Large living room and kitchen with plenty of natural light. Hard wood floor in common areas with carpet in the bedrooms; AC throughout the apartment, double pane doors and windows. Non furnished bedroom / furnished living room and kitchen. Option to purchase existing bedroom set upon further inquiries. Kitchen has all new appliances, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The property has the following amenities that will be available to you and included in rent. Parking garage, with guests’ spots available, pool, hot tub, grilling areas, gym with semi-private room for fitness programs and trainers, trash pick-up, a common room for events and open hangout (available privatize). Also, includes a business center, mail room, and parcel pick up system. The apartment is located 10 minutes from LAX, great if you travel a lot. 10-15 minutes from Manhattan and Hermosa Beach for evening activities and week fun!

My current roommate is a 23 year old nanny, that will be going back to shcool in the Fall. She is an outgoing person and has a wonderful personality. She can get along with almost anyone. Keeping the apartment shared areas clean is an important task that we share in, to ensure we can both enjoy them.
