Shaye's room

Hi! I am looking to fill a room in a two-bedroom apartment in Grand Magnolia Apartments. I was a student at USM, but had to withdraw for personal reasons, so I am looking to fill my room. Spacious bedroom with a huge closet and a bathroom off the hall (you would be the only one using the shower, but guests may use the toilet). There is a washing machine and a dryer inside of the unit, parking in front of the unit, and the living room has been furnished by the other current roommate. The current roommate is a female student at USM. Utilities that need to be paid are wifi (monthly), power (monthly), and water (every other month) as well as the $400 rent (due a month in advance on the 1st). The applicant must be able to pass a credit and background check provided by the Grand Magnolia Apartment management. Room available NOW!!! Let me know if you have any questions!

Because I am looking to fill the room I was living in, I will not be living at the apartment. However, my roommate is really great! She is a sophomore nursing student at USM and is really sweet!
