Looking for a roommate in a 4bd/ 4br three story gated community household. Stainless steel appliances. Attached car parking included every other month. In unit washer and dryer (on your floor). Community pool, jacuzzi, grills, and playground. Central to multiple shops and grocery stores. Vons, Sprouts, Target, Home Depot, Home Goods, Ulta, Starbucks, and great restaurants. 15 min away from PB, OB, and Little Italy. 3-5 min drive to highway 5 and 8. Amazing roommates that are clean responsible and no drama.

This apartment is a sublease for two months April- end of May with option to renew for another year. Landlord is very relaxed with subleasing apartment out so basically if you want to leave at any time you can as long as you have someone with roommates approval to take over the lease.

This is a shared household with 3 other roommates in their older twenties. We are all pretty responsible easygoing adults. We get along with each other quite well and would prefer to find someone like minded. Obviously, it is not required but it’s a common household so it would be preferred. If you stay in your room that’s fine as well, it is not mandated for everyone to be best friends. We would like to find someone that is relaxed, easygoing, clean, and responsible. The house is pretty much kept in order i.e. dishes washed after being used, stovetop cleaned frequently, sweeping and mopping, rugs washed occasionally. We don’t have a chore list, but everyone does their part basically that’s why it is important to find someone responsible. As a household we are all pretty busy on weekends and sometimes get together for outings which furthermore bonds the house. I have lived here for almost two years and can say I absolutely loved this house, loved this household, and loved San Diego. I hope to find someone that can take my place and feels the same.
