Hello! I have a 2 bed 2 bath unit on the Katy Trail in Uptown. Walking distance to West Village and McKinney bars and close proximity to everything else. Bedrooms and bathrooms were updated in 2014. Unit is 880 sq ft. Rooms and closet space are good size. The complex is older (built in ’64) but the updates give it a facelift from the inside. There is a pool onsite and 3 laundry facilities on site that take quarters (4 w/d in each facility, 12 washer and 12 dryers total on property so you can do a lot of laundry in less than 2 hours). There is not one in my unit. If you can adapt to that, the location and price are well worth it. Comes with a Roku. Home has a Nest thermostat. Parking is included and complex is gated.

I love to workout, be active, snowboard, travel, and music. I foster dogs, but only 1 at a time. I work from home sometimes but am pretty clean and very respectful. I enjoy socializing but also enjoy alone time. I get along with almost everyone. Used to do airbnb with the second bedroom but it’s a lot of work so I’d rather just get a roommate.
