About the room
We have a room available in a three-bedroom apartment in the Mira Bella Apartments starting March 30th.
This is located in central Kearny Mesa; about a 15 minute drive from PB/OB area, Mira Mesa, and downtown.
The master bedroom is taken by a couple (female, 25; male, 30) and the 2nd bedroom is taken by a male, 31.
The third bedroom (available) shares a bathroom with the 2nd bedroom. It will be unfurnished when available.
Along with a shared living room, kitchen, and balcony, we also have a pool, spa, gym, in-unit washer and dryer, parking, game room, heating/AC and much more!
Rent is $1000/month + $150/month approx. for utilities (wifi, cable, garbage, water, gas, electricity)
About the roomies
Brian (30) works as an IT/Telecomm Recruiter, Joey is an engineer, and Olivia is an MSW Student. We’re all laid-back people, enjoy watching movies, and playing Cards Against Humanity. We’re looking for someone laid back, professional, and fun to be around. :-)
