We have a furnished bedroom, nice new queen sized bed with private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink with large counter top and storage, toilet and big closet. There is a private entrance so you’d never have to come through the front door. Plenty of room for off street parking for one or two cars. You get your own back patio. Dead-end street. Located in Kansas City, KS, Wyandotte county.

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the room or on our property. Absolutely no drug use will be tolerated. We keep a clean home and expect you to keep your space clean as well.

There is no kitchen space, but feel free to bring your mini fridge and microwave.

My husband and I own the home and occupy the main portion of the house. We are in our 30s, have no pets or kids and do not smoke, drink or vape. We enjoy listening to music, watching movies, cooking and baking, and playing guitar and drums. We are looking for a responsible adult to rent our guest bedroom and bathroom for $600 a month with utilities included.
