The Vineyards which are located beside the Costco in Sparks NV. The complex requires that you fill out your own application ($40) and qualify for the apartment. Rent is split each month and the renter will be added to the online account so they can pay their half each month. The lease is 12 months and if you choose the break your half of the lease, then you have to find another qualifying individual to take on your half of the rent for the remainder of your lease term. Internet, Water/Sewer and NV Energy is split each month (on average about $65/month combined total for all 3 but that number fluctuates based on water and electric usage). The complex has a pool, gym, and lounge area in the clubhouse. The apartment comes with an assigned carport. Since the room being offered is the master with an en-suite bathroom, the renter will pay a little extra in rent. No pets. No children.
