2 rooms opening up end of April 2020 - this is the larger of the two. 3 bed 1 bath apt. 1 block from The Strand! Looking for laidback, respectful, clean roommates. No pets allowed (sorry! I wish we could!). 1 shared bathroom among all of us. Most furniture will be staying since it’s mine, but will need a few things since roommates are taking them. (If you can provide a TV, vacuum, bar stools, bar cart / table, or patio chairs, that’s a plus!) 2 tandem parking spots are shared. Residential street parking avail for $40/year. Shared guest parking pass for our unit is also $40/year ($13.33 each when split). UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT, except WiFi (should be $15-$30/person once we get new plan). No A/C (not really needed for this location). No laundry in-unit. There is a W/D for the complex, and coin laundry a block away. This is hands down the best deal you will find for a room this close to the beach, which is why I don’t want to let this place go!

I am a 26 year old working professional - in the Event Production, Sports, and Hospitality industries. Primarily M-F, but schedule varies week to week depending on events, games, etc. I’m fairly laidback but do ask that you clean up after yourself in the common areas. I don’t go out as often anymore, maybe once a month. But don’t mind guests being over on occasion. I have a bf that visits on avg once a week or every other week.
