Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toilet paper, cotton swab, hand sanitizer, sanitizing spray, sanitizing wet tissue, first aid kit, etc. are available.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with us.

Kitchen supplies and seasonings are available．

Private small room very quite and comfortable. With table for you to enjoy big TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi , your own separate fridge, twin size bed. The apartment has kitchen and bathroom to share. We have dishes and cooking hardware for you to use. Everything you need for your daily life is there for you.! Beds sheets towels blankets etc… Bathroom has tub and shower with toilet and we keep it clean.

Please keep in mind, it is a NOT luxury hotel building that usually would have doormen or elevator. This is an old historical building with NO elevator and NO doormen. But its very quiet and clean and we have a great neighbors next to us who is clean and polite people. Before you pick this room please look at the pictures and decide if you like it or not.

It is a 5th floor walk up and we are last top floor in the building which makes it very quiet room to rest !

The apartment is located in the heart of Manhattan. A step away from the Theater District,Times Square,Broadway, Central Park, Restaurant Row, post office,banks,subways and buses all over the place.

Most important is that the apartment is in a safe area !

【House rules】

☆ no smoking　　smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the guest room．

☆ no pets

☆ Third parties are not allowed

☆If you lose your keys, you will be charged $ 25 to get a new sets of keys. 　Please Don’t lose house keys!!

☆Please be sure to lock the door when you go out．

☆Please lock the door from inside when you return home.

☆Please take off your shoes before your enter your room.

☆Please keep your room clean． ☆Use of instruments, vocalization / song practice etc are prohibited throughout the apartment.

☆Make a loud noise and don’t bother other tenants．

We live two people here me and my wife and you going to be third . So its three people would be living in this apartment please take a note of that and make sure its OK with you.
