Rachel's room

I own a 3 Bed/2.5 Bath 2,000 sq ft Townhouse. The room available is upstairs and shares a bathroom with the other spare bedroom (used as an office) and a small reading nook. However, no one lives in the second spare, so the upstairs bathroom is private. The available room is spacious (plenty of room for a queen/king bed + end-tables + a desk, has a double closet), freshly carpeted, and has additional hidden storage (private attic and private side attic). The room also features a ceiling fan/light that can be controlled with a bedside remote.

My partner and I live in the Master bedroom on the first floor and are looking for a clean and friendly roommate who would ideally like to form a friendship. We are both kind, friendly, quiet, accommodating, and respectful. We do not engage in PDA and are very conscious of ensuring that everyone is comfortable and happy. We are both young legal professionals who are INFJ’s (I’m a Slytherpuff and he is a Ravenpuff). Let’s be honest, we are both incredibly nerdy. Plus, if you like gaming, we have an Xbox 360, PS2, PS4, Wii U, and 2 Switches.
