Textured walls and high ceilings surround this quiet, cozy hideaway, west of Lincoln, and a block from Abbot Kinney, Full length french doors and windows in a jungle-like garden setting. Very cozy queen bed with mattress topper, comfortable sleeper sofa , large TV with cable, wifi, fridge, microwave and utilities are included. Washer and dryer on site. Please note-we have a new couch since these pics were taken. We’re walking distance to AK, Venice beach pier and the Canals. Feel free to borrow one of our beach cruisers to explore.

I’m an actress, and single mom of a daughter who’s a sophomore at Yale. The private studio and shared roofdeck are across the backyard from the front house which we share when she’s home from school. A lifetime member of Actors Studio, I do mostly theatre, along with tv, film and commercials when they’ll have me. I’ve lived in Venice since 1994, and we’re active in our community and causes like helping to house our homeless population, and caring for our environment. I write for our local paper, and she volunteers at Safe Place for Youth. I love local music, walking, and enjoying all that life has to offer!
