I am offering a private room on a month to month rental basis for a female, with a bathroom that will almost always be private except for when I have an occasional out of town visitor. This is a Brand New Home in Cane Bay in Summerville, and you woudl be on your own floor! Cane Bay is a planned community with walking/jogging/biking trails. If you are conservative with utility use there would be no additional charge for utilities.

I am a working health professional and prefer a quiet working professional or graduate student.
No pets nor children please.
