V Street

I live in a quaint two story townhouse in midtown Sacramento that is only a 10-minute bike ride to downtown and a 20-minute bike ride to sac state (and only 10 minutes to campus via car!). It has a half bath downstairs with a full bath upstairs for the two bedrooms. The room for rent is the larger of two rooms with a full closet and mirrors doors. This is a sublease for May-August only.

Hello! I am currently finishing up my junior year as a film production major and will be going into my senior year this fall. I do have a chunky siamese cat here too. She isn’t often a fan of other animals, but if you already have one I am totally willing to see how they interact–so it’s not necessarily a deal-breaker. I’m often busy with school and work, but I do enjoy watching movies/TV, cooking, playing piano (I have headphones for this haha), biking around midtown or just hanging out with friends! I’m looking for someone who is chill, but also reliable and values communicating. Ideally, it’d be great to have a roommate that becomes a friend as well!
