V Street

I live in a quaint two story townhouse in midtown Sacramento that is only a 10-minute bike ride to downtown and a 20-minute bike ride to sac state (and only 10 minutes to campus via car!). It has a living/dining room, kitchen, a half bath and a fireplace on the first floor with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. There is a coin-op laundry room in the building and there is limited parking in the back alley. There usually is plenty of street parking though! Other monthly utilities usually run $60-80 on top of the $800 for rent. It’s a 10-minute walk to the closest lightrail station and there is plenty of shopping/dining spots nearby. Midtown is a pretty happenin’ place!

Hello! I am currently finishing up my junior year as a film production major and will be going into my senior year this fall. My current roommate is looking to relocate so I am searching for someone to take her room. I do have a chunky siamese cat here too. She isn’t often a fan of other animals, but if you already have one I am totally willing to see how they interact–so it’s not necessarily a deal-breaker. I’m often busy with school and work, but I do enjoy watching movies/TV, cooking, playing piano (I have headphones for this haha), biking around midtown or just hanging out with friends! I’m looking for someone who is chill, but also reliable and values communicating. Ideally, it’d be great to have a roommate that becomes a friend as well!
