Large 3 bedroom house (1,328 Square Feet) on the corner of Kirk and Caroline St. Individual doors with lock and key. Shared kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer. Cleaning service provided once a month for a deep clean in the bathroom, kitchen, and common area. It will be up to you if you would like to leave your door open for cleaning. This is not required we respect everyone’s privacy. All bills paid 600$ a month 300$ Deposit. This is a sober house for 2 men 40-75 years of age to live in an easy-going peaceful environment. This is in a neighborhood that we have lived in for over 30 years. We know everyone and we all take care of each other. This is a peaceful area and we have never had any problems. Looking for 2 kind responsible men that want to live peaceful and clean. No Couples! A background check is required so if you do not like that do not bother to contact us. All rooms are furnished and ready to move in. A 6 month or 1-year lease is required. We really are looking for long term renters only. Air condition and heater in every room. New Beds! We are still ordering one more new bed and 1 sofa for the common room. Large backyard and on-site parking with security lights. This is a corner house with a bus stop right in front (#62) that goes to Central Plaza and Downtown. The bus stop across the street going the opposite direction goes towards Kelly Air Force Base / General McMullen. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. South Town area is only 7 minutes away by car and downtown is 10 minutes. This is a new rental house so be the first to pick your room. No Couples No Smoking inside the property

This house is empty at the moment and we are only looking for two men to fill two individual rooms at the moment for the long term. I have the 3rd room but am never home traveling out of state. Looking to keep this place running smoothly with lots of freedom and wellbeing!
