Hi Houstonians! I’m looking for a clean and responsible person to rent one of the extra rooms in my 3 bed/2 bath home in the Lakeshore neighborhood. Renter will share bathroom with currently empty second bedroom. The room is not furnished with a hardwood floor.

-Shared living room/kitchen/dining room spaces -Well stocked kitchen -Squat rack and bench in the garage. -Must be friendly with pets (I have 3 wonderful cats) -Utilities & Wifi included -Key lockable door on request -Driveway parking in safe neighborhood Neighborhood is less than a 10 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, Beltway 8, and approximately 35-40 minute drive to downtown at non-rush hour times.

Neighborhood amenities include: -Close proximity to Lake Houston! -Pool with small kids’ water park -Tennis courts -Playground -Rentable party space -Jogging/walking paths

Current up-to-date drivers license and reliable transportation is required. No couples and please no criminal history. The background check through TransUnion SmartMove is $40. If approved, a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is due when the lease is signed, and the first month’s rent is due at move-in. Room is available starting September 3, 2020.

I am a 32 year old male with my own house. I work downtown as a project manager in an engineering firm- currently working from home. I have cats, I like camping, hiking, biking, running, getting in time at the range, and travelling. I am clean and respectful.
