Hey everyone,

We have two rooms available in a wonderful home in Westminster. The home was just recently purchased and all the furniture is brand new. The two rooms that are available are $800 and an executive master bedroom for $1100 not including utitlities. Utilities will be split 4 ways (est. ~$100/person) with lightning fast internet, trash, water/electric, AC etc… Included in the Master Bedroom is radiant floor heating and a large walk in closet, also garage parking. I am posting pictures so you can see what the home looks like. Take a look!

My name is Mike. I am a 36 year old male, own my own advertising company in the automotive industry. I enjoy getting together with a few drinks to play games, board games/poker night/PS4/backgammon etc… Hopefully this is up your alley as well.

The rooms will be available January 1st. A deposit is required equal to the monthly rent and also a credit/background check.
