Trisha's room

I am only looking to rent the room to a female, prefer that you are a non-smoker, casual drinker, no kids (I love kids but not ready to live with them), either be in school, work full time, or even both! Also, I have indoor pets - two dogs and a cat, so additional pets are not permitted. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. which you are more than welcome to use. You would not have to bring anything but if you have your own kitchenware, we can accommodate space for you. Groceries and other household toiletries must be provided from your own budget. The most basic and important policy is if you use something, please clean it after each use. If you use the stove, microwave, fridge, etc., please be sure to clean up afterwards. Please maintain a clean and sanitary bathroom and bedroom at all times. The room is located in the back of the house, so you will have privacy. The room has dual closet doors, a private patio entrance, and a full size bathroom which guests will have access to.

My name is Trisha and I am employed full-time with the State of California. I travel back and forth between the Sacramento and San Francisco office and like to come home and relax whenever I get the chance to do so as I’m fairly busy. Honestly, I am a bit of a clean freak and the one thing I’m looking for in a roommate is someone equally clean and responsible. In my down time I like to be outdoors, working on the house, and be adventurous as I am very active. I am not a partier and I do not partake in the club/bar scene very often. I have a handful of close friends who occasionally come over for movie nights, casual girl time, and to just relax.
