Nikki's room

Hi, my name is Nikki and I am a full-time student at UH Manoa. My boyfriend and I live in the upstairs portion of a house in Hawaii Kai, we are near kaiser high school and countless beaches including makapuu and Sandy’s. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath along with 1 male roommate and 3 friendly dogs. The room is unfurnished and you will be sharing a bathroom with our 1 male roommate. The room has a closet and is spacious. If you need a parking spot, there is room on the driveway for a vehicle, if not, there is plenty of street parking. If you don’t have a vehicle, public transportation is only steps away from our door, making it very convenient to get around the island. Rent is $799 all utilities included and we have laundry downstairs. The room is available as of May 1, and you would need put down a $799 security deposit along with $799 rent.
