Full time CNA, and also Model looking for a room to rent while I save for an apartment. My last living space had to many dirty people that didn’t know how to clean after themselves. I don’t mind cooking for my room mates if they are home while I make my meals, I’m 420 friendly and, real quiet.
I'm a graphic design graduate and super friendly originally from NJ, living in Philly for 5 years. I am respectable of all kinds of people from all backgrounds and identities. I am a Latina. I think being surrounded by artists/creatives/musicians would be great to my own growth as well as the collective growth. I usually am good with keeping things tidy and also understand that people are on the move and going about in the city life, so I would like to live with people that are not anal either. I understand if the dish is in the sink. I don't mind helping out to clean a dish or two either. I love music and jam sessions, so I feel I wouldn't have any problems if anyone. I love going to concerts, poetry nights, karaoke, and art exhibitions. If someone has an issue with the way I go about the house, I would like them to address me immediately, instead of letting it store up. I'm currently working in Fishtown at a restaurant and have a design internship and am on the hunt for a full time design job.
I’m a retired 53 year old musician and hobby artist with a very polite service dog (he is cat and dog friendly) . I have grown kids in the area that I am trying to move near. No boyfriends or anything like that to worry about with me. I am very clean and hope to find others that are as well. I just want a quiet place to hang out with my dog and do some watercolor, and maybe have my kids over every now and then (28 and 32).
I'm starting my PhD at Tyler in Art History in January! I'm responsible, easy-going, smart, open-minded, kind, artistic, and helpful. I like to clean my space at least once a week (usually Saturday). I'm originally from England (no accent sadly) so I've got those stereotypical British manners and tea drinking habits.
I'm a full time student at a suburban college. I'll be studying and working a lot. I'm vegan, don't drink or smoke (any more!) but have no problem at all if you do. Really looking for Upper Darby or deep west Philadelphia for easy access to 69th street terminal.
I'm helpful, very clean, hard working, friendly, lowkey, and willing to clean in exchange of living with a roommate! I have 2 jobs, and starting my second one in two weeks. Just need a place to stay until I can get my own place
Hi! I’m 25 and work full time as a Lab Manager at UPenn. I am easy-going, will respect your space when you need it and am also down to hang out with you. I love cooking and baking—I’m happy to share, and clean up the kitchen after.
I will never leave a sink full of dishes, i’ll Even do yours if you want. I’m a subtle presence but can be a great support after/before a long day. I can cook and clean... v domestic girl
I’m very good-natured, friendly, dependable, and personable. I’m easy to get along with and low maintenance/no drama. I have great respect for other’s personal space and boundaries and understand how to cohabitate peacefully and amicably. Plus I have a super amazing and sweet Pomeranian dog who will brighten up your days and give you lots of fur baby love!
I am originally from Baltimore, MD but just graduated from college up in Boston, MA. I love all things sustainability / Earth related, and thus my hobbies include camping, hiking, and getting really excited about cleaning up litter. I have a pet snake named Zippy (he's super laid-back) so I'm hoping to find a room large enough to fit a secure, vertical enclosure for him. I also love music and try to go to shows whenever I can. I am LGBT+ and 4/20 friendly, and am hoping to find a roommate who is clean and easygoing!
I am an introvert that passes as an extrovert because I love to teach! Lol but I’m very clean and most times to myself. When my extrovert side kicks I like to tell jokes and I like to laugh. A lot. I’m very friendly as I’m from the Midwest and have a midwestern hospitality. I’m currently a behavioral health worker and a full time graduate student pursuing my MSC. I plan to heal the world one day at a time through therapy :). I love music, reading, eating, anything creative writing, museums, dancing, and tequila. I’m the easiest person to get along with! :)
I recently graduated from Temple with a Bachelor of Social Work, and now work full time at a nonprofit. I love making art, being around plants, reading, and meeting new people. At home I like to keep my space clean. West Philly is my preferred neighborhood because I have been here for a year and can’t see myself living anywhere else!
I am a kind, caring, genuine person. I love animals and love to help room mates with household pets. I am a great listener and resourceful. I am considerate and help out where I can. I always think about little things to do to make my room mates smile. Currently, I live in NE Philly with awesome room mates but my house is not accessible. I am looking for accessible or semi-accessible housing anywhere in Philly or PA. Basically, something that can accommodate a portable ramp and has one floor and wide enough doorways for a 36' wide powerchair. I am a person with a chronic condition called CIDP, Multiple Sclerosis's sister disease [without the brain lesions]. It is progressive and I have to receive infusions monthly in order to hopefully stop the progression and calm down the disease. I hope to find room mates that are okay with medical stuff in their house, seeing someone taking medications, etc. Your house won't be a hospital, but you will be living with someone who is chronically ill. Right now I do not work because of this, however I plan to have a volunteer job someday. I receive SSI/SSDI and I am able to pay rent on time and always have. When I am not making doctor's appointments a full time job, I love going to coffee shops, going on the computer, reading, and writing. I love spending time with chosen family and friends, meeting new people, and being introverted yet social. I have a small group of people that interact with.
I am great to live with because, I don't like a lot of visitors unless it's a holiday or something. Even then I only have two friends lol. My fun consists of music and movie nights. I love a clean house.i love to cook. I love animals.im always honest and loyal
I am a kind person who recently fled the cubicle world and am currently working/living at an organic farm over in Elmer, NJ. I am now looking to establish residency in W. Philly (where my Dad’s family is originally from!) along with my new job nearby. Ideally, I would like to find a Shared Space house, where I could have my own room, but with shared common spaces and daily interaction between roommates/potential friends! I am an animal lover (None looking to move with me at this moment), but welcome all animals. . I have a B.A. in communications and enjoy writing and reading. I am vegetarian and love to cook and eat Good Foods. I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, music, photography/(arts in general). Im looking for like minded, free-spirited individuals who are looking for an additional roommate. I would be happy with at least one, but preferably more roomates. The more the merrier I say. Liam G.
I'm quiet, clean, easy to get along with I can carry a conversation with just about any topic unless it's about the molecular structure of moon dust. Than I might struggle but besides that very easy to get along with
I’m down to earth, drama free, and friendly.im just looking for a roommate to live with that’s going to be problem free.everyone has baggage but it shouldn’t interfere with my life in a negative way.I’m respectful and I expect the same in return.
