I do my dishes and mind my own business during the week. I am a motivated, outgoing young professional and I love surrounding myself with positive people! I have a dog who’s a little over a year old. Her name is Loki :) she’s the best! We like to take walks together and she is well trained and hangs out while I am at work all day. I work full time in Rosslyn. I like to visit my family who is close by on the weekends or do something fun in Arlington/DC! I also like to cook and exercise!
I am a very optimistic person and very clean and organized. I work full time at Virginia Hospital Center (love my Job). looking into going back to school in the near future to become an RN. I do have a little girl she is 7 years old and lives in GA because her father and I agreed that it was the better school system then VA. if you have anymore questions please feel free to ask!
I would be a great roommate because I’m very responsible when it comes to my finances so rent will always be paid on time. I am very considerate of others time and space so I will not be having random parties during the week. I am very sociable and tend to get a long with most people I meet. I am also very friendly and generous so if you were to need something and I have it, just ask and I’ll give it to you. I don’t have any kids so you don’t have to worry about certain restrictions. I also have two jobs so I am financially stable enough to pay rent on time every month. I cook, I’m clean, my stuff will only be in my space and not the rest of the house. I usually don’t have many problems with people and I’ve lived with people I never meet last year for 5 months and it was actually pretty great. We got along greats and everyone was respectful of house rules so I have a little experience living with other people already.
We are a couple looking for a temporary mater bedroom to stay in Washington, DC preferably no more than 30-35 minutes from Connecticut Avenue area for January and February. We have a very quiet and friendly kitten.
Friendly, clean, quiet! 27 year old California native, have been living on the East Coast since 2009 (I went to college out here). Easy to get along with, and always down to hang out but also very respectful of other’s privacy and need for their own space. I enjoy music, movies, theatre, and new adventures. I work at a coffee shop and as a musician in pit orchestras in the DMV.
Hi, I am 30 years old female, working professional. I just got a job in Arlington and need to be there before the end of this month. I am serious looking for a furnished , non smoking room near my work place. I will travel from other state to Arlington. Please email me or call me if you still have room available. Thank you Best Regard, Luyen
I have a full time job with the government in Arlington, as well as an internship on the weekends so I’ll rarely be home. I’m clean, quiet, and will have a consistent income to ensure payment on time, each month.
Working in DC and looking for a place in the area. I'm laid-back but tidy, cool but nerdy, and funny but serious. I like to cook and have a habit of stress baking and am always willing to have a taste tester. Feel free to introduce yourself
Full time software engineer. I have a cat named Pancake who is very loving and lazy and loves being pet. I cook a good bit and I also love cooking for people. I lived in DC over the summer and I loved going to the museums every weekend. I also loved exploring queer bookstores and U street. I do love the occasional wacky party, especially if it involves dressing up. But at home I would much rather have a potluck or a themed dinner party. My first choice would be in the Arlington area. Maybe Ballston or Court House. I did a lot of things in the Court House stop when I stayed over the summer in Ballston.
Looking to move to Alexandria or nearby area. I have no problem being social and getting to know people, but more of an introvert and I do enjoy privacy every now and then. Very easygoing, clean, neat, and very respectful/considerate of living with another person and I'd ask the same of a roommate. I stay active and between work, classes and exercise, I'm fairly busy. I don't do drugs, I don't drink, nor do I have pets. I don't care if you have animals just please try to clean up after them if necessary. I also ask that you don't smoke inside of the residence. Otherwise, if you're interested in going in together on a 2BR apartment please let me know and we can set something up or if you already have a place, feel free to reach out. I'm only looking to live with one other person maximum. I can't see on this because I'm not a paid so please email with inquiries
I am easygoing and considerate! As a roommate, I consider myself pretty chill. I'm not a partier, although I am always game for a movie or game night. In terms of routine, I'm not super rigid, but I usually try to get to bed on the early side so I can do a morning workout or run. I also tend to be pretty neat, but I am not obsessive about it at all. A little about me is that I love art (admiring it as well as doing some experiments of my own!), reading, cooking, and baking (so I'm always looking for new taste testers!). Right now I'm obsessed with Trader Joe's pumpkin bread mix...so good. Most of all I'm just excited to meet and get to know the people I'll be living with!! :)
We are a couple, male and female, in our 30's. We would like a private room for the two of us. We prefer a male housemate/apartment mate and not a female. We also would like to discuss paying rent weekly instead of monthly, so as to help with our budgeting.
Young professional, very respectful, friendly and easy going. Love to travel, sports, music, dance, and cooking! Always ready for the next adventure.
Hello! I am 25 and moving back down to DC to work in theatre. Favorite pastimes include: reading, getting together with friends, theatre, night walks, and making self-deprecating jokes. Feel free to ask more about me!
Argentinian with fluent english. I'm traveling to work full time. I can do laundry, ironing, anything. Great conversation. I am a very funny dude. If you need a wingman for anything, that's me. I love to share. I don't have pets and don't smoke. I like eating healthy and work out a lot (I do calisthenics). I listen to any type of music. I don't bother staying up late doing chores. I can drive manual or automatic. I love pets if you have. I'm not afraid of anything (roaches, rats, spiders). I can do nasty things (like cleaning bathroom). I have a Master degree. I'm moving for work (at least 6 months). I love travelling and hanging out a lot.
Two hard working professionals looking for a space to rent. Both have full time jobs and one of us is currently a full time student at NOVA. My boyfriend is an electrician and I'm currently taking the path to go to medical school. There are three sweet kids that would be staying every other weekend as of right now. The kids would be leaving every Sunday before 7:30 pm. We are both neat freaks and would keep the area clean. We are quiet and drama free individuals.
I’m very neat and tidy and can be very socialable when I’m not exhausted. I love to cook so I’d be more than willing to make breakfasts and/or dinners as long as someone helps with dishes! I’m currently an Esthetician working in Tyson’s Corner and I very much enjoy my job and learning about everything that I can. When I get the chance, I enjoy going into DC for lgbt+ centered dance lessons for blues, bachata, swing, and zouk! If I’m not out in DC, you can usually find me at the gym or relaxing on the couch! Must be LGBT friendly!!!
First things first, I do have two cats! They are beyond friendly, cuddly, and well behaved. I have lived with room mates for years and understand the work it takes to live with others. I am clean, cooperative, and love to have a good time. I understand boundaries but love to get to know my room mate and explore this new city together. Looking anytime between mid march to end of April.
I am an active duty military female. I come with very little and just my pup Barkly. Well he's 4 so not technically a puppy but he is my baby. Looking for a room to rent out January 1st 2019. I am transitioning out of the military and trying to save some money
I'm good natured and very friendly, quiet, am respectful of others privacy. I would only need SINGLE occupancy in the Summer since my son will live in Florida, but will have him during school year. We are gone M-F from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM. I love music, exercising, enjoy networking, hiking. I've lived in Okinawa, Japan, and Naples Italy. Home is Oregon and have lived in California and Kansas City as well.
I’m clean and considerate. Relocating for my new career opportunity. I mind my business, very easy to get along with. Not picky. Can be very quiet and to myself but I love to have fun. Not looking for anything long-term.
I am a working professional who works for the federal government. I am originally from Winchester, VA but am currently living in Ashburn, VA. For fun, I like to play guitar, work out, hike/camp, kayaking, skiing, and hit up wineries occasionally.
My name is Adonis Palacios I'm currently in the Air Force as a Crew Chief. I already have my fair share of partying and screwing around in Miami. I want to start fresh focusing on going back to school while working full time in the Air Force and the gym. I am very clean, organized, and quiet. I don't watch TV or own one, I do my Netflix binging on my phone with headphones. I don't like bringing random people to my house and very respectful. Looking for a clean quiet roomate.
Fun, easy- going, responsible, considerate, clean, loyal and respectful are some words I would use to describe myself. Preferably, looking for apartments in the Downtown DC and MD areas. Things to know about me: I am a single, have no kids, a true libra, DC native (born & raised). Things that I love or find happiness in: music ( all genres), candles or inscents and wine. I also have a passion for interior decorating & design, and would love a roommate who is also keen to participate in personalizing our future space! Other interesting things to know about me are that I graduated from Ithaca College in 2016 where I received a B.A. in Culture & Communications and am now currently working towards my masters degree in Educational Administration at Trinity Washington University. Since graduation, I have been working in education and currently working as a full-time Nursery teacher in a private school in NW Washington, DC. Although, I am still interested and continual looking for any career opportunities that come my way. During the week, I'm pretty much focused on work, school and occasionally when I find time, the gym. I try to be as active and healthy as much as possible, yet that tends to vary from time to time lol. On the weekends, I enjoy being going out for brunch or dinner, happy hour for good drinks & dancing. Very adventurous and outgoing personality, I love experiencing new things and meeting new people. I also enjoy reading poetry, watching movies or shows, listening to music, online shopping and on occasion traveling. Above all, I absolutely love to spending time with my friends and family. I am looking for a roommate who'd be compatible with me, my personality and lifestyle. I pretty laid- back type and but the one thing I cannot deal with is a messy and untidy person. Cleaning is a must, and naturally it should be a shared priority, especially when expecting guests. Overall, I need a roommate who is clean & organized, kind and great sense of humor and personality. If interested message me, I would love to chat more!

I am moving from Kansas for a job in The Landmark area. I’m respectful, easy going, clean and organized. I enjoy interacting but also understand a need for privacy. Would like to find a place for at least 1 year preferably longer.
I’m a 25 year old government employee with an ESA Siberian Husky (has all his papers). I’m fairly laid back and love checking out the local offerings of my new city! I’m not a huge party animal, and I’m very considerate and respectful of my roommates schedule and property.
I'm a 22 year old guy originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania that recently graduated from Penn State with a degree in Political Science. International affairs is what I'm most interested in and I'm actively pursuing a career in that field, which is why I want to live in the DC area. I'm a pretty outgoing guy that likes to go out for a drink on the weekends, I'm a huge sports fan, and I'm generally an easy-going person. The best part of living with me is that I'm a clean-freak and will always clean up after myself with no hesitation. I'm not much of a party person and if I'm out on the town for whatever reason, you can be sure the party won't be brought back home. When at home you'll most likely find me on the couch watching a hockey game or a football game. Throughout college I had 6 different roommates in the dorms and in a shared house so I know how important it is to respect people's space.
I'm from Salt Lake City moving to Washington DC to start my career as a scientist working near the NIH. I have been living with roommates for the last 7 years, i'm clean and organized, and always a team player.
