I’m a pretty clean and minimalist roommate. I have a little school left and I spend a lot of time bodybuilding. I play some low power computer games to wind down but otherwise I’m generally out of the house. I’ve had roommates before and done well. My only request is a lack of clutter (including dishes) and hygiene. If you like to party often then I’m not your guy but the occasional get together at decent hours doesn’t bother me in the slightest.
