I’m very responsible, respectful, positive attitude, happy person and clean. I am a student and single mom looking for a room to rent. I have family in Livermore/Brentwood and have a two year old. I like my own space so was looking for a room to come to sleep and study mostly. I am easy going and friendly. Preferably would like to live with other females or another single mom or a home that would be okay with my kid visiting. I share custody with my child and have a good relationship with my Ex. I am extremely careful with Covid and I am very clean. My ideal roommate would be someone who is kind, respectful and kid friendly. I’m looking for a safe neighborhood. I have excellent references and past landlord’s references if needed. I love The office, Friends, New girl, Broad City, Parks and Recreation, Marvel, Star Wars, Lord of the rings, Comedies, Action movies and occasionally a good chic flick lol 😂. I have a good sense of humor and before Covid I loved Traveling. So far I have Traveled to 5 Countries and hopefully in the future I can’t wait to visit other countries. I also love nature and looking forward to this new year. I don’t have any pets of my own but if you have cats or dogs I love both! I love camping, the ocean and art as well. Hope I can find the right fit.
