As housing goes, in the past I had a pretty nice studio off 24th and Valencia, I fucking loved it there, so if you’re down for the Mission life or even Bernal, that’d be awesome! A yard would be a bonus (for my little guy/cat Jaxx). If that sounds good proceed to read below for compatibility (also looking for someone (24-37 male/ female, couldn’t care less).

Clean, easy going guy, work an 8-4 not in the tech industry.. I love to work out, go exploring, sometimes play xbox (PUBG/APEX), garden, try to new places to eat and hang with my cat Jaxx, he’s more of a dog than a cat you’ll probably love him. I also like to cook/bbq and make a weeks worth the food, hit up costco.. I always make extras in case you want some, you probably will. I keep a tidy ship, don’t leave pots and pans piled up in the sink, I respect the common areas and don’t leave my shit in the washer/dryer, I won’t step on your toes and piss you off with little things like that however, I do appreciate people who can speak their mind and tell me if something bothers them, it’s almost impossible to offend me so just go for it! I don’t take myself too seriously, that’s kinda boring.. I’m down to kick it, be friends and raise hell on the weekends, go brewery hopping, smoke weed here and there etc however, I also cherish some alone time during the weeknights just so I can recharge my batteries. I get along with most people, most of my homies have moved away and I’m stuck here so I might as well make the best of it! Cheers ya’ll.
