Hello! My name is Kristen, I had been renting a home with one other roommate for almost 3 years and my landlord just sold the house October 1st out of the blue with only a month notice, so I am renting a place I found last minute until I find a better situation. I have a 2 year old, 14 lb adorable baby shitzu named Bella. She is hypoallergenic and does not shed at all. She’s also house trained, very sweet and well behaved. She sleeps with me and is attached at the hip at all times when I am home, when I am at work she just sleeps in my room until I come home. She is not a barker, only if she sees a stranger in the yard or we are playing. I am an extremely clean, respectful, chill person. I just drink wine and watch TV with my pup. I don’t have people over, I don’t party, smoke, do drugs or create any drama. I have like 20 grand worth of brand new furniture. If you don’t have room for it, I can get a storage unit, or if you want brand new furniture we can move it in! I am employed and have a lot of savings so paying rent will never be an issue. I can absolutely pass a background check if need be. If you think I sound like a good fit message me and we can go from there! I would also be interested in going halves with someone on a new place, so if youre looking for someone to do that with message me! Also I am looking for a private bath. If it’s a shared bathroom situation I’m not interested. I am looking for a medium-large sized room because I have a princess canopy bed and other bedroom furniture I am not willing to part with. I also have an online beauty products selling page that I have inventory for, so I do need a decent amount of room and closet space. Sorry if this sounds picky!
